1.1 – The prices of our products are indicated in euros including all taxes except processing and shipping charges (see availability and delivery).

According to the French legislation enforced, you have 7 days from the delivery date to ask for an exchange or a repayment of your order by contacting our customer service at clients@hominvisible.com

However, this clause can only be applied for the products which are returned in their intact original packing.

The risks related to the return of the products (loss or damage) and the shipping charges to Intercomptoirs sarl remain chargeable to you.

In case of exchange, you must inclusively pay € 8 for the shipping charges of the new product ordered.
